Custom Golf Club Order Policy
At Avoda Golf, all golf clubs are built to order. Each club is assembled to individual specifications, ensuring a personalized fit and optimized performance. Because of the bespoke nature of this process, golf club orders are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or refunds. This applies to all Avoda Golf clubs, including iron sets, wedges, and driving irons.

Branded Merchandise and Accessories
Branded merchandise, apparel, and accessories are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Specification Accuracy and Changes
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all specifications are correct before placing an order. If you need to request a change, requests must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, components may already be allocated or assembly started, and changes may no longer be possible. If you are unsure at any stage, our team is available to assist you at any time.

Warranty Coverage
All Avoda Golf clubs are covered under our warranty policy for manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If you suspect a defect, please contact us to initiate the warranty evaluation process.

Adjustments After Delivery
If your clubs require minor adjustments such as grip changes or loft and lie tweaks, we may offer complimentary or discounted services where appropriate. Please contact customer support for further assistance.

By placing an order with Avoda Golf, you acknowledge that your clubs are built specifically for you and agree to these terms.
