Avoda Golf Limited Warranty

At Avoda Golf, we build every club to exact, custom specifications and stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. This warranty outlines what's covered, for how long, and how to file a claim.

What's Covered

Avoda Golf warrants to the original purchaser that all Avoda golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies whether the club was purchased:

  • Directly from Avoda Golf, or
  • Through an authorized fitter in the Avoda Precision Fitting Network

What You Need to Make a Claim

To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must be able to provide:

  1. Proof of purchase — a receipt or order confirmation showing the date and place of purchase (direct from Avoda or through a Precision Fitting Network partner)
  2. The club itself, in a condition consistent with normal play and care

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under ordinary use. If a covered defect is found, Avoda Golf will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the club, or
  • Replace it with the same or a comparable model

What This Warranty Doesn't Cover

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffing, fading, wear on grooves or grips from regular play)
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by unauthorized alteration or repair by a third party outside of Avoda Golf HQ

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Avoda Golf customer service at info@avodagolf.com to start your claim.
  2. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization along with shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the club back to Avoda Golf using the provided instructions. Avoda Golf will cover return shipping costs for the replacement or repaired club.

Issuance of a Return Authorization does not guarantee the claim will ultimately be approved — final determination is made once the club is received and inspected.

Additional Terms

  • Any replacement club is warranted for the remainder of the original two-year period, not from the date of replacement.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.
  • Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty, to the extent allowed by your state's law.
  • Avoda Golf is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to the use of its products, to the extent allowed by law.
  • No dealer, distributor, fitter, or other third party is authorized to modify or extend the terms of this warranty.

Limitations and Legal Disclaimers

ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY LIMITED ABOVE, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AGREEMENTS, AND OBLIGATIONS OF AVODA GOLF, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED.

AVODA GOLF IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

No employee, fitter, dealer, distributor, or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any way.
