Eligibility
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes begins on December 13th at 12:01am and ends on December 23rd at 11:59pm (the “sweepstakes period”). Entries submitted before or after the sweepstakes period will not be eligible.

How to Enter
To enter, complete the entry form on the sweepstakes landing page by submitting your name, email address, and any other required information. Entry is free. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Avoda Golf, BYLT Basics, KBS Shafts, JumboMax Grips, and Grooveit Brush may each receive and review submitted entry information.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes
The prize package is described on the sweepstakes landing page. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except by Avoda Golf, BYLT Basics, KBS Shafts, JumboMax Grips, and Grooveit Brush in its sole discretion if a prize becomes unavailable. Prize has a value of approx. $2,500. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance.

Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Avoda Golf and participating partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Avoda Golf, BYLT Basics, KBS Shafts, JumboMax Grips, and Grooveit Brush affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Avoda Golf is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries.

General Conditions
Avoda Golf reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Avoda Golf’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

Governing Law & Venue
This sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
